Founder
Siva is an engineering professional with 15 years of experience across multidisciplinary project environments, including infrastructure, civil, electrical engineering, renewable energy systems, and project management. He has led and supported projects spanning early-stage feasibility through detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
With a strong technical foundation and practical delivery experience, Siva has been involved in complex engineering assignments across Australia, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, delivering more than 3GW of projects, including a 200MW project in Denmark, one of the largest in his portfolio. His work has included feasibility assessments, engineering design review, tender preparation and evaluation, grid-connected energy systems, and construction-phase technical oversight, along with battery storage integration across approximately 100MW of BESS projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. This breadth of exposure enables him to understand both the strategic objectives of asset owners and the technical realities of project execution.
Siva's approach is structured and compliance-driven, with particular emphasis on technical clarity, risk identification, and disciplined project governance. He has worked closely with contractors, consultants, universities, utilities, and government stakeholders, supporting projects that require both engineering depth and coordinated delivery across multiple disciplines.
Principal Consultant – Renewable Energy
Michael brings over 25 years of renewable energy experience spanning business development, procurement, project delivery and technology commercialisation. He has held senior executive roles with global manufacturers including Jinko Solar and Conergy GMHB, and played a key role in major Australian solar projects such as the 24 MW Royalla Solar Farm. Michael has assisted developers in the design and specifications of projects consisting of 200MW+ solar and 200MWh battery storage.
He specialises in supporting developers, investors, technology companies, Indigenous organisations and remote communities. Over the past six years he has led the design and delivery of more than 8 MW of solar and 5 MW of battery storage across 16 First Nations community microgrids in the Northern Territory and Queensland. Michael also advises on strategy, standards compliance, remote monitoring systems, economic benefits and funding pathways for community energy projects.

MPS led the complete design engineering and end-to-end project management for a major 4MW solar carport installation across a premier university campus in Bahrain. Developed under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) framework backed by international investors in Dubai, the project delivers clean, renewable power to the university while providing essential shaded parking infrastructure in the Middle Eastern climate.
End-to-End Design Engineering: Delivered complete structural and electrical engineering designs for a 4MW solar PV carport, engineered specifically for high ambient thermal conditions and regional wind-load requirements.
On-Site Construction Supervision: Stationed dedicated MPS supervising engineers on site to provide technical leadership, quality control, and safety oversight alongside local Bahraini installation contractors.
Cross-Border Stakeholder Integration: Successfully coordinated multi-party execution across Dubai-based PPA investors, local Bahraini construction teams, and university executive management.
Yield Optimization & PPA Compliance: Performed detailed solar performance modelling, string configuration, and design validation to ensure maximum energy yield under commercial PPA parameters.
MPS executed the complete design engineering and multi-stage site supervision for a 6MW industrial rooftop solar installation spread across multiple building roofs within a large spinning mill campus in India. Designed to offset the continuous, high energy consumption of textile manufacturing machinery, the project required specialized engineering to unify generation across complex roof geometry, synchronize safely with the local utility grid, and optimize heavy industrial load curves.
Multi-Roof Layout & Structural Auditing: Engineered custom solar PV array layouts across varied factory roofs, accounting for differing roof pitches, structural load limits, azimuth angles, and shading profiles.
Grid Synchronization & Protection: Designed dynamic grid-interface and utility protection schemes to ensure seamless, safe power synchronization under fluctuating factory load conditions.
Smart Load Optimization: Implemented intelligent load-management controls to align real-time solar generation directly with heavy spinning mill machinery, significantly reducing peak demand charges and maximizing self-consumption.
Full-Lifecycle Inspection & Commissioning: Maintained dedicated MPS engineering presence on site through every construction milestone—from structural mounting and electrical wiring to final testing and commissioning.
MPS provided total technical advisory and microgrid engineering for a turnkey off-grid solar-plus-storage solution powering an isolated island community of 100 households in Myanmar. Replacing unreliable, high-cost diesel generation, the community now operates on continuous, 24/7 clean energy backed by a 600kWh containerized Lithium-ion Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
Off-Grid Architecture & BESS Sizing: Engineered a 600kWh containerized BESS tailored for humid maritime environments, providing multi-day energy autonomy and maintaining stable microgrid voltage and frequency.
Low-Voltage Distribution Grid: Designed a centralized low-voltage distribution network providing reliable power connections to 100 homes, street lighting, and essential village facilities.
Pre-Integrated Modular Containerization: Configured battery racks, hybrid power conversion inverters, HVAC, and fire suppression systems inside a ruggedized ISO shipping container for safe maritime transport and rapid site installation.
Capacity Building & Operations Strategy: Implemented smart metering and remote telemetry systems while training local community technicians for ongoing system monitoring and basic operational management.
